DELETE YOUR PROVENFLIGHT ACCOUNT
Last updated August 30, 2026
This page is for ProvenFlight, the app and website at https://www.provenflight.com, operated by Cubic Insights LLC. It explains how to request that your ProvenFlight account is deleted, what we delete, and what we keep for a limited time.
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
You can delete your ProvenFlight account in the app, on the web, or by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.
- In the ProvenFlight app (Android or iOS). Open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm.
- On the web. Sign in at https://www.provenflight.com, open Settings, choose Delete account, type delete, and confirm.
- If you cannot sign in. Email admin (remove this) @ (remove this) provenflight.com from the address on the account with the subject line "Delete account." We will verify that you control that address and complete the deletion.
If you have a paid ProvenFlight plan, cancel it in Settings before you delete, or ask us to cancel billing in your email. Otherwise Stripe may continue to bill the payment method on file.
Export any records you are required to keep before you delete. Deletion cannot be undone.
WHAT WE DELETE
When the account is deleted, we remove:
- Account data: name, email address, credentials, sessions, profile photo, and signature.
- Logbook and records: flights, aircraft, uploaded documents, imports, parse jobs, exports, and related records.
- App data we stored for the account: push tokens and export-ID verification records.
WHAT WE KEEP AND FOR HOW LONG
- We complete deletion of account and logbook data within 90 days. Residual copies in backups are purged on our standard backup rotation.
- Limited records we must keep to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations (for example tax or accounting records) may be retained for that purpose, then deleted.
- Product analytics and logs (Usage Data) are deleted or aggregated within the same 90-day period.
- Payment card numbers are never stored by us. Stripe retains billing records under its own privacy notice.
The full retention rules are in our Privacy Policy.
