See your aircraft experience, flight counts, PIC and SIC time, instructor time, recent flying, and career dates in the layout airline applications ask for, with worksheets for United, Delta, American, and Southwest.

Every airline sets its own rules. ProvenFlight keeps your military time next to the application totals so you can check the numbers and follow the airline's current instructions. Download a worksheet as a PDF that shows how each number was figured.

Print one interview package in the order of a five-tab interview binder. Front pages come first: career totals and the bridge from your military total to the civilian one, hours by year and by aircraft, a logbook inventory, your career milestones, an evaluation summary, and a tab index. Then your records office's letter, the ledger, and each original record you uploaded behind a divider that says what it is and which ledger pages its flights are on.

Pick the airline you're applying to and the package counts your time by that airline's worksheet rules, adds its application numbers, and lists what to bring. Binder paper and double-sided printing apply to every page, your records included, and tab markers reach each divider. Choose Ledger only for the front pages and ledger alone.

Check for missing aircraft or routes, possible duplicates, and simulator or RPA time before an interview team does.

Each interview package and ledger PDF is issued a public export ID, printed as a line like Export PF-XXXX-XX · verify at ProvenFlight.com/verify. Anyone holding the document can look that ID up to confirm it was generated by ProvenFlight: when, for whom, which view and conversion convention, the date range, the flight count, and whether it was digitally signed.

The lookup never shows flight entries, hours, routes or file names. For a package it lists each original record by title, page count and fingerprint. A SHA-256 hash is included so a digital file can be checked against the exact PDF that was issued. Verification records last only while the generating account remains open.
