Your logbook, ready for the next application
Use the same organized flights for airline applications, FAA forms, a verifiable printed ledger, and the civilian logbook you prefer.
Get your flight time ready before you apply
See your aircraft experience, flight counts, PIC and SIC time, instructor time, recent flying, and career dates in the layout airline applications ask for.
Every airline sets its own rules. ProvenFlight keeps your military time next to the application totals so you can check the numbers and follow the airline's current instructions.
Fill out IACRA with fewer surprises
See Section III of the current FAA 8710-1 as a category-and-class grid, including airplane, rotorcraft, powered-lift, cross-country, instrument, night, and training-device rows. Click a value in the product to copy it into IACRA.
Airline-specific adjustments stay out of the FAA view.
Move your flights into another logbook
Generate a file shaped for ForeFlight's two-table logbook template, MyFlightbook military fields, or LogTen flight fields. Military details are included where the other logbook has a place for them.
You can also download a complete spreadsheet with both civilian totals and original military time for your own files.
Print your logbook and check for gaps
Print a clean logbook ledger for any date range, with military or civilian columns, annual subtotals, signature lines, and notes that explain how the totals were calculated. Every ledger PDF also carries a short export ID on the cover and each page.
Check for missing aircraft or routes, possible duplicates, and simulator or RPA time before an interview team does.
Hand them a logbook they can check
Each logbook PDF is issued a public export ID, printed as a line like Export PF-XXXX-XX · verify at ProvenFlight.com/verify. Anyone holding the document can look that ID up to confirm it was generated by ProvenFlight: when, for whom, which view and conversion convention, the date range, the flight count, and whether it was digitally signed.
The lookup never shows flight entries, hours, or routes. A SHA-256 hash is included so a digital file can be checked against the exact PDF that was issued. Verification records last only while the generating account remains open.
Build the logbook once. Use it wherever you need it.
